This morning, something terrible happened while we were going about our normal business. We don’t have all the details yet, but what is certain is that we witnessed a devastating tragedy around the Jubilee Insurance Centre; the building that houses our offices.
The feelings of loss, confusion and uncertainty and the questions about why this happened linger in our minds as we feel the pain and sadness of the unnecessary loss of life.
While we are grateful that all our staff are safe, some of our neighbours were not so lucky. During the next few days, the CMA offices will be closed to the public until we have clarity on how safe the building is for us to return. Our staff remain committed to serving you remotely. We send our condolences to families that lost their loved ones today and we remain hopeful that we will find strength to go through this trying time together and emerge stronger as a country.
