CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY (ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2022

REGULATORY NOTICE 1 OF 2024

Regulation 6(1)(a) of the Capital Markets Authority (Accounting and Financial Requirements) Regulations 2022 requires all Approved persons to submit management accounts on a quarterly basis to the Authority by the fifteenth day of the month of the following quarter.

Pursuant to Section 22B (1) (a) of the Capital Markets Authority Act cap 84, as amended, the Authority hereby directs all approved persons to adopt the use of the reporting template accompanying this Notice for purposes of complying with the reporting requirement prescribed under above-said Regulation, with immediate effect.

For avoidance of doubt, the quarterly reports required to be submitted to the Authority by 15th July 2024 shall comply with the reporting template format.
